ProPOP started with a shared struggle: trying to stay fit, strong, and healthy, without gagging down another milky, chalky protein shake.
As best friends and wellness lovers juggling full lives, Carly and Amrita were always chasing their protein goals. But thick shakes felt too heavy. Protein bars? Sugar bombs. And most ready-to-drink options were full of weird stuff that didn’t feel clean.
